Logistics Operations Manager

Abyssinia Freight Logistics is hiring an Operations Manager to run our cross-border shipment desk.

You will own the Lagos to Nairobi corridor end to end, working with a team of six coordinators and reporting directly to the COO.

• Own daily dispatch scheduling across three depots
• Manage a team of six shipment coordinators
• Cut average clearance time at the Mombasa port
• Report weekly corridor performance to the COO

• 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics operations
• Working knowledge of East African customs procedure
• Experience managing a team of five or more
• Fluent English, with Swahili a plus
